Terms & Conditions

1. Services V3 Studio (a trading name of V3 Digital Solutions) provides web design, development, and branding services. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payments A deposit is required before any work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations If a client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced and due for payment.

4. Refunds Refunds are not issued for work already completed. If a dispute arises, we will work in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

5. Revisions Revisions are handled as outlined in your project agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. V3 Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and to reuse underlying code, frameworks, and design components developed independently of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability V3 Studio is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of delivered work.
